If you proceed with booking a dumpster rental through us or a connected service provider, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your project, location, and access for delivery
- Ensuring the delivery location is reasonably accessible to a roll-off truck
- Confirming HOA rules, city permit requirements, or other local regulations that may apply to your placement, where applicable
- Loading the dumpster only with permitted materials, as described on our What We Accept page, and not exceeding posted weight limits
- Paying any agreed-upon fees, including additional charges that may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, or extended rental periods beyond the original agreement
: Prohibited Materials
Certain materials are not permitted in our dumpsters, including but not limited to hazardous chemicals, flammable liquids, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, pressurized tanks, batteries, and large quantities of paint. Placing prohibited materials in a rented container may result in additional fees, refusal of pickup, or other consequences as outlined at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
